Mystic Gates

Mystic Gates are a new concept introduced in Chapter 6 going forward. When you have the Mystic Gate unlocked for the stage, you may turn it on by clicking the Gate symbol on the UI (default: L).

This locks in several modifiers and changes until you reset the stage:

All enemies HP is multiplied by 3.
All enemies ATK & DEF are multiplied by 1.4.
All enemies base EXP is multiplied by 1.25.
Legacies and Magic can now be used, and you will gain MP according to your starting level.
Any score registered from this run will count as Pure, no matter whether you use medals or not.

Any stage you have unlocked the Mystic Gate for will have a mark on the stage select screen:

All Chapter 6+ towers are considered to have Mystic Gate on by default.
